Situated close to the A20 and junction 3 of the M25, the property has excellent transport links and connection to the motorway network.
There are stations at Eynsford (1.6 miles), Farningham Road (1.7 miles) and Swanley (1.8 miles) providing links to London Victoria in c.30 minutes or Blackfriars in c.40 minutes. There are good primary and secondary schools within a 2 mile radius and the property also falls within the catchment area of Weald of Kent, Wilmington and Dartford Grammar Schools.
The picturesque village of Farningham has a number of country pubs and the River Darent runs through its heart. Shopping facilities including a large Asda superstore can be found in Swanley around 1.5 miles away and you are just 5miles from Bluewater shopping centre.
