About Orpington branch

Our busy Orpington branch is located in the centre of the high street almost opposite the entrance to the Walnuts Shopping Centre. Orpington is a busy and vibrant suburban town located in the London Borough of Bromley in South East London, and has evolved from a small village to become a thriving cosmopolitan area. The area has recently benefitted from huge investment, with a new cinema, hotel and apartments all contributing to a healthy market upturn and bringing new families to the area. Surrounded by agricultural land, there are numerous parks nearby, yet it also boasts excellent commuter links. All London stations can be easily accessed from Orpington, with direct fast trains to London Bridge taking just 16 minutes. There is also easy access to the M25 and the A20. Families with young children are drawn to Orpington due to the excellent choice of schools. Two of the top schools in the country, St Olave's Grammar School and Newstead Wood School, are situated locally. Both schools select their students on the basis of their performance in a highly competitive entrance examination. There are also a number of schools that are rated as ‘outstanding' by Ofsted, and properties within their catchment areas are highly sought after.

I have absolutely no hestitation in recommending ADM for selling a house. I came to them in January this year to sell my late father's house after a horrendous year with another local estate agent (TB) where we had numerous set backs, including 'buyers' with no funds, price drops and general time wasting. I approached ADM and had Dario do the initial valuation which was aligned with what I thought it would be. They marketed the property and I have to say their photos were much clearer.
