First time buyers help to buy scheme

...getting you started

What is vendor-gifted deposit?

Most mortgage lenders require a 5% deposit for a property purchase. Vendor gifted deposit is a scheme that allows the vendor to fund the 5% deposit on behalf of the buyer. But it is dependent upon you arranging your mortgage through our associated company Countrywide Mortgage Services.

Why would a seller want to pay my 5% deposit?

If a seller thought they would sell their home for the asking price they wouldn't. However, in the current climate sellers are taking offers. The offer to pay your 5% deposit is to attract you to their property, much like the larger builders do with new homes.

Hill to climb
5% Vendor gifted deposit sounds too good to be true, is it really that simple?

Yes. However, it is subject to status and only selected properties will be available. Countrywide Mortgage Services will provide you with further advice.

Do you charge me for this service?

Absolutely NOT. Alan de Maid do not charge for this service and Countrywide Mortgage Services do not charge for their advice.

Why should I take advantage of Alan de Maid 'help to buy' scheme now?

Because it will only be available for a limited time and as soon as the market picks up vendors will start to get their asking prices and not be prepared to pay their buyer's deposit.
